My Recent Parenting Challenges

In a span of less than two weeks, J had given me some challenges just like any other 7-year-old would.

It is not that I am complaining but rather it is very satisfying to realize that we can slice through any parenting challenge with ease and confidence. Therefore it is critical that we equip ourselves with some “tools” that can help us in tackling any situation that may arise before it actually happens.

Sekinchan: A Family Day Trip

This idea was mooted after our highly enjoyable trip to Tanjung Sepat and Sepang Gold Coast.

After some planning and research, 3 families (SP family, Lee family, and my family) had finally agreed to participate in a road trip to Sekinchan and Kuala Selangor last Sunday. In total 7 adults and 5 children.

Getting Children to Eat With This Simple Technique

Having children who don’t eat in the family is one of the many problems parents face today.

To top it off, some of these children only eat junk food like potato chips, sweets and candy, jelly, biscuits, chocolate, ice-cream, fries, etc.

When it comes to proper meals, they run for the hills. But when they are offered junk food, they are like bees to honey.
