Make doctors irrelevant

If you want to find ways to save on medical fees, I have great news.

Let’s talk about two recent incidents that happened to J and K respectively.

The first incident happened to J.

One night after the recent Chinese New Year, after consuming too much deep-fried goodies, J had a slight fever.

I wanted to see how it went first before taking J to see a doctor.

The next morning, she was fine and dandy. As active as ever.

Handholding Kills Learning

I am going to share with you one of the biggest lessons in parenting.

At least for me…

I thought I was the most carefree father in the world until I found myself being too protective over J and K.

Here’s the story:

Every bicycle for children comes with training wheels. I think the inventor’s intention was good. That is to help children to learn how to ride a bicycle more easily.

However from my recent experience, this is NOT the case. In fact, the training wheels did not help J and K at all.

In contrast with what I thought, training wheels HINDER children from learning to ride.
