J, my 8-year old daughter, has just finished her examination the week before last. And last week, the teachers began to discuss about the exam papers and every student got to know how well they did in the examination.

KL Bird Park – An Outdoor Adventure

KL Bird ParkWe took the opportunity of the public holiday last Wednesday to visit KL Bird Park. Coming along were Teoh’s family and Tony’s family. I also invited my brother Eric to join us.

Altogether there were six adults, four children, and one baby.

The last time we went to KL Bird Park was some 2-3 years ago and we find the bird sanctuary is well maintained and it’s worth to make future visits. That’s why we made this second visit. [Read more…]

After I first started working (God knows how long ago), a friend approached me and helped me get a credit card through her brother-in-law who was a credit card consultant. I tried to apply for one before that but my application was turned down. It was harder to apply for credit cards those days.

When I got my first credit card, I was ecstatic. Credit cards can be friend or foe. No doubt, it was invented for convenience but if you do not use it properly, it can ruin your life.
