Great list.... nice to have something like this handy when you're braindead after a long day at work.

Interesting POV from the Mexico vs. America person. Nice job Mexico? I think it's not that simple. Don't feel badly that 'Americans' are in dire need of child rearing skills. Maybe add to your comment, some of the things Mexican's do and why you think it works? Just more positive.

But here's a negative-ish. I always find it funny when a "By the grace of GOD" person is so racist and obviously WHITE. I'm white, but this person feels the need to be Bleached. Just to be sure there's no mistaking her from the world of 'darkies'. Not funny actually. Saaaaaad. Way to be forgiving. WWJD??? Jesus would flip if he were more than a storybook figure and saw what you do and how you act toward other humans. Your heart is cold and holier than thou. Time to take a trip to Mexico and let it thaw. Hahahaha,... I just made that up. Anyone? Oh, this is supposed to be a comment on a list of things to do with your kids. Right.

Thanks for the list. Nice. Printed it out and will be using it tonight. - Thomas

umm why don't everyone shut up about illegals people are people and yes they come over looking for jobs but the have been here longer that europeans may i remind you that means early white people can't we all just live together that is why we have so much hate and racist all over the place because this kind of stuff is taught to your kids and a young age - stacy

The bit about camera-recording the kids is a good idea; especially during family events like birthdays. It reminds them of the other family members.

On rainy days I can replay our trip to the swimming pool and my little girl is *almost* as satisfied as doing the real thing! - JLow

Oh yes, good list by the way. At Casa de Leche, we have bathtub crayons that my 2 year old twins LOVE. They can write all over the tub, themselves, and each other and the color rinses right off. Also sidewalk or driveway chalk is good fun. Rolling down a grassy hill is fun, and my kids like to be airborn- I throw them onto the couch (carefully of course) and they can't get enough of that it seems like. - AmericanByBirthSouthernByTheGraceOfGOD

EZPZ-
Hell, if Mexicans have it so great, why are there 6 million illegals (govt estimate- ha ha) eating up our sweat & blood-earned resources? Run your MOUTH all day long on the internet, but keep your BUTT in Mexico where it belongs. - AmericanByBirthSouthernByTheGraceOfGOD

this is a great list! Being a busy working Mom, like many of us are, or even as busy as a stay at home Mom, we run out of ideas, or have brain farts. So, it is nice to have resources and ideas from other Moms. Thanks! - Krista
