			<description>Most of the information in the article is wonderful--I found determining that I would breast-feed to be the single most important thing--but I do need to nitpick one little detail:

THERE IS NO NEED TO TOUGHEN UP YOUR NIPPLES PRIOR TO NURSING.  None.  I am somewhat amazed that this advice is still being given out, as it\'s about 20 years or more out of date.  Mamas might find a tube of lanolin to be helpful postpartum if they have nipple problems, but if a baby is latched properly there won\'t be any harm done to your nipples, so no need to toughen them.  (I have nursed three children &amp; am still nursing the younger two, so I know whereof I speak.)

Also, the belief that stimulating your aureolae will cause preterm labor is a fallacy.  It\'s another old theory that has no basis in reality.

Just make believe the \&quot;preparation\&quot; section doesn\'t exist at all &amp; it\'s a great article. - Sabra</description>
